Pulling from Steven James Griffin’s forty-seven years living in Miami, Florida, Sater Design Group, and Weber Design Group, both located on Florida’s west coast offers homes that could be built anywhere but with a Florida Flare. Don Gardner Design group located in South Carolina offers a wide variety of designs. While Danze-Davis Architectural Group located in Austin offers traditional designs from Texas.

Steven was employed by the international engineering firm STV Group, Inc., in their transportation division. Upon completing a major k-12 school district-wide $300 million program involving the renovation of 145 school campuses in Orlando, Florida, STV assigned Steven to the construction of Houston’s first Light Rail Project. In Houston, he was Office Engineer responsible for Line Section 5, which ran from U of H Downtown Campus, south through the downtown district to Pierce Elevated freeway.

Steven subsequently met Mary Aull Constant, whose ancestors were part of the original settlers of Eagle Lake Texas. Once married, Steven and Mary embarked on starting Exuma Homes (Exuma Construction and Development LLC) in 2005, to offer affordable housing to Wharton and El Campo communities.
